Welcome to the VER Sales.com site. VER Sales requests that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy and Security Policies before using the VER Sales.com site. VER Sales Inc. provides services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the VER Sales.com Web site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy and Security Policies without modification.

VER Sales.com may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. VER Sales and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if VER Sales believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of VER Sales and its subsidiaries.

At VER Sales we carry the Brand Names you know and trust. Unless indicated otherwise, most products and services featured on the site are available directly from or through VER Sales. VER Sales has made a conscientious effort to display and describe its products and services on the site accurately so that you can get a good idea of their design and use, and of the services offered. Furthermore, VER Sales is constantly improving its information, products and services. Consequently, VER Sales cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those services and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers or providers.
Acceptance of Orders
RECEIVING AN ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT VIA E-MAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER. VER SALES.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE QUANTITY OF ITEMS ORDERED AND/OR REFUSE TO SELL TO ANY CUSTOMER.
Risk of Loss
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM VER SALES.COM ARE MADE PURSUANT TO A SHIPMENT CONTRACT. THIS MEANS THAT THE RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR SUCH ITEMS PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER.
Shipping Information
Because your convenience is important to us, we utilize the services of the most reliable carriers in relation to your location to ensure that your packages get to you in the shortest delivery time possible.
Some of your items might back order or shipped seperately. If you do not want your order shipped separately, email us after you place your order. There may be a slight delay and additional charges added to your shipment. We are able to ship to most areas, but we do not deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.
The charges you pay for shipping are calculated on the selected method of shipment you choose when you place your order. Just because a certain method is chosen, does not mean the order will be received within the specified number of days. Please understand that we count the estimated shipping days from the date that we ship your order, not the date that you place your order.
Our customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on a Friday after 10:00 a.m. PST will be shipped the Monday following the date the order was placed.
International Orders
We are shipping internationally!
For international orders, shipping quotes, taxes and etc. please contact us at [email protected] and we will contact you immediately and provide you with all the requested information.
ONLY WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. OUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO WIRE TRANSFER THE MONEY TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT.
Tracking Your Package
We utilize tracking numbers to trace and identify each package we ship out as it is delivered from our facilities, to the shipping provider, to the final destination. This number allows you to locate, track and verify package arrival in addition to other available details pertaining to your shipment.
You can retrieve the tracking number for your order by accessing the Order Status page.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to our customers and believe in the quality of all merchandise that is sold on our site. You can contact a VER Sales.com customer service representative to assist you with the manufacturer's warranty service, repair, or exchange if any item is found to be defective beyond repair.
All product sales are final.
Returns
Customers should request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for returns. This RMA can only be used for exchange, repair or return, at our discretion, within 30 days from the date of shipping. Any request for service will be governed by the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
VER Sales Inc. reserves the right to impose a minimum restocking fee of 20% for returning an item that is unopened and in brand new condition. Defective returns are either for repair or exchange only. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of original shipment. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping fee will also be applied for "Free Ground Shipping".
Note: All returns for credit are charged 20% restocking fee with no exceptions. Special Order Items are not refundable under any circumstance.
Return Procedures
A completed online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be received by VER Sales.com before VER Sales.com will accept any product returns.
VER Sales.com implements a 30-day return policy. This policy applies only to defective items that are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Customers should research the features, specifications and technology of any items listed for sale by VER Sales.com before making a purchase, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their product choices. All sales are final.
All returns must be received in their complete resalable and original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any product returns that do not conform to these standards.
VER Sales.com can not be held liable for any loss, damage or stolen packages; therefore, it is highly recommended to use a carrier that provides freight insurance and delivery tracking services.
Shipping and handling charges for all returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Shipments and Unauthorized Returns
VER Sales.com will not accept returns that are not accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number. These returns will be refused and returned to the sender. The customer will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges if a merchandise shipment is refused by the customer. Additional charges will be assessed if merchandise returned to VER Sales.com is not in the exact condition that it was in when it was originally shipped to the customer. Items must be unopened and have all packaging materials intact.
Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact VER Sales.com immediately at 1-818-567-3000 or email at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order upon your notification. You will be able to confirm the cancellation of your order by visiting the
Order Status page of our website. The status for cancelled orders will be displayed as "Cancelled" within 48-72 hours after we receive notification of your order cancellation, and prior to shipping.
Orders can not be eligible for cancellation if they have already been shipped out from our warehouse. You may return an item within 30 days from the purchase date. We can approve return that is in accordance with our non-defective return policy. No refunds will be given for shipping and handling fees. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for all return shipping costs. VER Sales.com reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee for any order cancellation received after an item has shipped from our warehouse.
Credits
Only time a credit will be issued is after the product has been received, processed and inspected by VER Sales.com. VER Sales.com can not control when the credit is reflected on your statement; that is the responsibility of your financial institution. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear, you will want to contact your credit card company for further information.

The VER Sales.com site may contain links to other Web sites so that you may learn more about the products available at VER Sales and other matters that VER Sales feels may be of interest to you. VER Sales is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VER Sales of the site or any association with its operators. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of this Site may violate any legal requirements and you agree not to access this Site in any such jurisdiction. The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that VER Sales may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and VER Sales as a result of this agreement or your use of this Site.
VER Sales performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of VER Sales right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by VER Sales with respect to such use.
This agreement, the Privacy and Security Statement, and terms of sale constitute the entire agreement between you and VER Sales with respect to this Site. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and VER Sales with respect to this Site. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless it is authored by VER Sales, or unless it is physically signed in blue ink by a VER Sales executive officer.
